Mahendra Bhatt criticizes Congress over inflation and foreign travel

Mahendra Bhatt, the Uttarakhand BJP State President, has criticized the Indian National Congress, claiming the party lacks meaningful issues and is using inflation and corruption as protest slogans. Bhatt stated that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, every effort is being made to control inflation through coordinated actions between the central and state governments.

Addressing the cancellation of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's planned visit to the United States, Bhatt suggested that foreign trips without a clear agenda of national importance may not be deemed appropriate for approval by the central government. He noted that while Chief Ministers are permitted to travel abroad, such trips should serve a meaningful purpose rather than being for leisure.

Additionally, Bhatt addressed a controversy regarding the song ‘Vande Mataram’. He organized a press conference to protest alleged disrespect toward the song by Congress leaders, asserting that the song is a symbol of India's unity and integrity.
