Maher Carrizo excluded from FC Copenhagen squad after training tardiness

Maher Carrizo, an Argentine winger on loan from Ajax, was left out of FC Copenhagen's squad for their away match against FC Midtjylland after arriving late to a training session.

FC Copenhagen head coach Bo Svensson confirmed the disciplinary action, stating, “He was late for yesterday's training and then the consequences are what they are.” Despite the exclusion, Svensson noted that Carrizo reacted with understanding and acknowledged the enforcement of team rules.

The player is expected to return to the squad for the upcoming match against Aarhus. Carrizo has had limited playing time since joining the Danish club on loan in August, recording only a few appearances in the Superliga.
