On his birthday, makers released a first look at his character, Rudra, from the upcoming S. S. Rajamouli film titled "Varanasi." The character is described as a complex individual—funny, emotional, and dangerous—who is driven by a destiny he did not seek. The film, which also features Priyanka Chopra Jonas, has filmed significant portions in locations across Africa, such as Kilimanjaro and Masai Mara.
