Mahesh Mote allegedly humiliated by MNS workers in Pune

Social media influencer Mahesh Mote was allegedly subjected to public humiliation by Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers in Pune. The incident followed a video reel Mote posted, which was accused of containing abusive remarks against MNS chief Raj Thackeray.

According to reports, MNS workers tracked Mote to the Katraj area and brought him to a party office. There, he was allegedly forced to perform several humiliating acts, including having ink smeared on his face, performing sit-ups with slippers on his head, and prostrating before a photograph of Raj Thackeray.

In a video that surfaced online, an emotional Mote is seen offering an unconditional apology to Raj Thackeray and other MNS office-bearers, stating he made a mistake while attempting to create social media reels. MNS sub-divisional president Shubham Jagdale described the actions as ‘Mahaprasad’ and maintained that the confrontation was a response to Mote’s offensive comments.
