Mahindra expands Veero range with new CNG and upgraded Diesel models

Mahindra & Mahindra has expanded its light commercial vehicle lineup with the launch of the new Veero 1.1 XXL CNG and an upgraded Veero Diesel range. Both models are built on the company’s Urban Prosper Platform (UPP), a modular multi-energy platform designed for commercial vehicles.

The Veero 1.1 XXL CNG is engineered for intra-city logistics, such as e-commerce and FMCG distribution. It features a 1.1-tonne payload capacity, a 2,900 mm cargo deck, and a 5.1-meter turning radius for urban maneuverability. The CNG variant offers an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of 21.4 km/kg and a combined range of over 450 km.

The upgraded Veero Diesel range includes 1.5-litre and 1.6-litre engine options with payload capacities up to 1.6 tonnes. New features for the diesel models include a 26.03 cm touchscreen with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and voice commands, alongside cruise control, power windows, and a reverse parking camera.
