Mahindra launches BLAZO i-TRK heavy commercial truck

BLAZO i-TRK heavy commercial vehicles fleet management fuel efficiency AI-enabled trucking

Mahindra Truck and Bus, a division of the Mahindra Group, has launched the BLAZO i-TRK, a new generation heavy commercial vehicle designed to enhance profitability and operational efficiency for fleet owners in India.

The truck features a 320 HP mPOWER engine and incorporates several advanced technologies, including the AI-enabled iFuelSmart automatic drive mode, TurboMAXX turbocharger, and OptiFuel air compressor. These innovations are intended to improve fuel efficiency by up to 10%, which the company estimates could result in up to ₹15 lakh in additional profit per truck over a five-year period.

Additionally, the vehicle includes the iMAXX 2.0 advanced fleet telematics solution, offering features such as remote ignition inhibit and AC usage control. Mahindra has also introduced an industry-first 48-hour uptime guarantee, which includes a provision to pay eligible customers ₹10,000 per day if the vehicle is not restored to operation within the specified timeframe.
