MAHLE unveils new ArcticPRO service stations and railway cooling solutions

MAHLE has unveiled several new technological solutions focused on thermal management and automotive service at major industry exhibitions.

At Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, the company introduced the next generation of ArcticPRO® air conditioning service stations. The product line includes four models—Tech, Advanced, Expert, and Ultimate—designed to accommodate various workshop sizes and service volumes. These units feature a unified platform, automated operations, and support for refrigerants R134a, R1234yf, and new mixtures R444A and R456A. The system integrates Wi-Fi connectivity for digital updates and the MAHLE Connect App, which utilizes an AI assistant to provide technicians with technical expertise.

Additionally, at InnoTrans 2026 in Berlin, MAHLE showcased thermal management solutions for the railway sector. These include battery thermal management systems (BTMS) for electric locomotives to improve safety and lifespan, as well as integrated cooling systems for electric multiple units (EMU) that simultaneously cool motors and transformers. These innovations are part of MAHLE’s strategy to expand its Industrial and Special Solutions business unit beyond traditional automotive markets.
