Mahnoor Safdar marries Azaan Jabbar in private ceremony

Mahnoor Safdar, the youngest daughter of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, married Azaan Jabbar in a private nikah ceremony held at the Sharif family residence in Jati Umra, Lahore.

The groom, Azaan Jabbar, is the son of industrialist Jabbar Khalid, who is associated with the flour-milling industry. The wedding was an intimate affair attended by close relatives and senior members of the Sharif family, including Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Other political figures in attendance included Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb.

This family milestone follows Mahnoor Safdar’s recent graduation from SOAS University of London, where she studied Anthropology. While the Sharif family is a prominent political entity in Pakistan, Mahnoor has largely maintained a private life away from the political spotlight.
