Mai Huu Tin elected President of Ho Chi Minh City Business Association

Mai Huu Tin has been elected as the new President of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA) for the 2026-2031 term. The association recently elected a 93-member Executive Board.

Mr. Tin is a prominent figure in Vietnam with extensive experience across business, politics, and sports. He founded U&I Investment JSC (UniGroup) in 1998, which has grown into a multi-sector conglomerate involved in real estate, logistics, construction, agriculture, and food. His current business leadership includes serving as Chairman of Truong Thanh Woodworking Group (TTF).

In addition to his economic roles, Mr. Tin is the President of the World Vovinam Federation (WVVF). His political background includes serving as a member of the 12th and 13th National Assembly and holding various leadership positions in youth and social organizations.
