Main Street Health tops Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list

Nashville-based Main Street Health has been named the number one fastest-growing private business in the United States for 2026 according to the Inc. 5000 list. The company, which focuses on value-based rural healthcare, reported a revenue growth of 546,533% over the past three years.

Tennessee demonstrated significant strength in this year's rankings, with 104 companies statewide earning spots on the prestigious list. These honorees represent sectors including healthcare, technology, logistics, and entertainment, accounting for a combined $12.9 billion in total revenue and 35,965 employees. Of the Tennessee companies recognized, 72 are headquartered within the Nashville metropolitan area.
