Maine hosts Windsor Fair and Maine Cheese Festival in September

Maine will host several local events this September, including the Windsor Fair and the 10th annual Maine Cheese Festival.

The Windsor Fair, the state’s second largest fair, runs from August 29th through September 7th. This year, organizers have introduced online ticket sales for fair passes, ride bracelets, and tickets to the Chris Cagle show. The event features 50 acres of rides, food, and exhibits, with performances by the Black Cat Hell Drivers and Peter Allen & The Hurricane Mountain Band.

On September 13th, the Maine Cheese Festival returns to Manson Park in Pittsfield. The festival is expected to host more than 65 Maine-made vendors, including cheesemakers, farmers, and food producers. The event includes live music, cheese competitions, educational experiences, and activities for children.
