Maine Reopens The Good Table Pizzeria and Broad Arrow Tavern
The Good Table in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, has reopened under new branding as a pizzeria and pastry café. After the original owners sold the restaurant to the Prentice Hospitality Group in 2023 and a brief seasonal closure, the venue now offers a limited menu of cheese, pepperoni and mushroom pizzas, salads, breadsticks, craft beers, seltzers and wine.
The Broad Arrow Tavern, part of the Harraseeket Inn in Freeport, Maine, is also set to reopen. The inn’s new proprietors, Giri Hotels, responded to local outcry over prior changes by restoring the tavern’s menu, which will feature wood‑fired pizzas, crab cakes, lobster bisque and the classic fish sandwich. Both reopenings signal a revival of popular local dining spots under recent ownership changes.
