Maiora 42 Exuma and GX42 Superyachts Move to Outfitting Stage

The 42.5‑metre Maiora 42 Exuma has entered the outfitting phase at Next Yacht Group’s facility in Viareggio, Italy. The project, a collaboration between yacht builder Maiora, designer Giorgio Maria Cassetta and fashion house Elie Saab Maison, features innovative elements such as an Infinity Upper Deck, extensive floor‑to‑ceiling glazing and advanced composite construction aimed at enhancing the owner’s experience and connection with the sea.

Meanwhile, GX Superyachts’ first model, the 138‑foot GX42, is in its final outfitting stage ahead of a scheduled debut at the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show. Designed by Marco Casali, the yacht combines walnut paneling, white leather and Italian fabrics in a hybrid‑focused, family‑oriented layout. The owner plans to cruise the western Mediterranean during the inaugural season, and GX Superyachts is also developing Voyager‑series models and future GX‑line extensions.
