Mairena del Alcor sets new urban bus ticket prices

The City Council of Mairena del Alcor has approved a new ordinance regulating prices for the municipal urban bus service. Under the new regulations, a standard single ticket will cost 1.35 euros, while students and pensioners will pay a reduced rate of 1.05 euros.

Additional transport options include a 10-trip pass for 9 euros, a general monthly pass for 18 euros, and an annual pass for 170 euros. Students can access an annual pass for 150 euros.

The ordinance also introduces social measures, such as a free transport card for residents over 65 who hold the ‘Andalucía Junta sesenta y cinco’ card, and a Solidarity Card for unemployed residents who meet specific employment service registration requirements. Children under five are exempt from payment if they travel with an adult and do not occupy a seat.
