Maison Management launches UAE culinary venture via RAKEZ

Maison Management, a culinary and hospitality company founded by Indian celebrity Chef Ishijyot Surri and entrepreneur Sameer Musale, has established its regional base in the UAE through the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).

The venture will initially focus on launching multi-concept cloud kitchens in partnership with Talabat, with locations starting in Dubai's Business Bay and Al Rashidiya. Beyond cloud kitchens, Maison Management intends to introduce unique restaurant concepts, develop food-processing facilities, and offer restaurant management and food consultancy services.

RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad noted that the arrival of Maison Management reflects a growing trend of Indian entrepreneurs seeking to establish a presence in the UAE to access regional opportunities.
