Maison Yusif launches 'The Beast' perfume in Accra, eyes global market

Ghanaian luxury perfume house Maison Yusif unveiled its new unisex fragrance, The Beast, on 25 July at the Pelican Hotel in Accra. Founder and CEO Yusif Meizongo Jnr described the scent as a bold expression of African craftsmanship, confidence and ambition, and emphasized that each bottle is handcrafted locally.

The launch is part of the brand’s strategy to position African‑made luxury perfumes on the world stage. Meizongo said Maison Yusif aims to expand across Africa and international markets, promoting African identity and rejecting imitation of Western trends.
