Maite Jiménez-Orta wins Spanish Triathlon Championship

Maite Jiménez-Orta won the Spanish Triathlon Championship held in Mérida. She secured the victory and the first Sub-23 title with a finishing time of 59:58.

The race concluded with a close finish among the leaders. Jiménez-Orta finished three seconds ahead of Sara Guerrero and five seconds ahead of Ana Carballo. The top five finishers included Noelia Juan and Marta Pintanel, followed by Natalia Castro, Alejandra Segui, and Marina Muñoz. In the junior category, Lucía Castelló placed 16th.
