Maja Słodzińska clinches Polish high jump championship

Nineteen‑year‑old Maja Słodzińska won the senior Polish high‑jump title, marking a rapid comeback after a serious injury and a year‑long exclusion from the junior national team. In the months leading up to the championship she repeatedly improved her personal best and secured a likely place at the senior European Championships in Birmingham.
