Major European trade fairs SETT and RENT scheduled for late 2026

Two significant professional trade fairs are set to take place in France in late 2026, focusing on technological innovation and industry evolution.

The SETT (Salon Européen des Tendances Touristiques) will hold its 47th edition from November 3 to 5 at the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier. This event expects approximately 20,000 visitors and over 730 exhibitors. A major highlight for this edition is the launch of ‘Sett Hospitality’, a dedicated hall for the café, hotel, and restaurant (CHR) sectors. This initiative aims to address the growing convergence between traditional hospitality and outdoor hospitality, such as campsites that are increasingly offering professional restaurant and café services.

Additionally, the RENT (Real Estate & New Technologies) salon will take place on November 4 and 5, 2026, at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The event focuses on real estate innovation, specifically exploring how artificial intelligence, automation, and new professional tools are transforming industry practices and Proptech.
