Major football clubs prepare new kit releases for 2027/28 season

Leaked reports indicate upcoming changes to football kit releases for several major clubs. Adidas is reportedly implementing a strategy to offer budget-friendly ‘teamwear’ or ‘takedown’ shirts for elite clubs as an affordable alternative to expensive replica jerseys.

For the 2027/28 season, a Real Madrid fan kit based on the Adidas Squadra 25 template has been leaked. The design is expected to be predominantly black with purple accents and a full-color club crest, with a projected retail price of approximately €45. Similarly, a Liverpool FC 2027/28 teamwear kit has been revealed, featuring a dark teal color scheme with light beige accents and a monochrome Liverbird badge, expected to retail around €40.

Separately, reports suggest FC Bayern München is preparing a specialized jersey intended exclusively for use in the Champions League for the 2027/28 season.
