The gradual reopening of the renovated Spotify Camp Nou in Barcelona is expected to re-establish its position as the world's largest football-specific stadium, with a capacity exceeding 100,000 spectators.

Other major football stadiums include the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid, which has a capacity of approximately 85,000 following extensive renovations. In South America, the Mâs Monumental in Buenos Aires, home to River Plate and the Argentine national team, holds 84,567 spectators and is set to host special matches for the 2030 World Cup.

In Europe, Germany's Signal Iduna Park, home to Borussia Dortmund, accommodates 81,365 fans and is renowned for its 'Yellow Wall' standing section, which holds approximately 24,000 supporters.
