Major industrial and technological investments planned in Poland
Several major industrial and technological investments are being planned in Poland. In Damnica, the beverage producer Wosana has received support through the ‘Polska Strefa Inwestycji’ program to expand its facility. The investment, valued at over 32 million PLN, focuses on launching a new production line and modernizing existing infrastructure to increase automation, efficiency, and production standards.
In Włocławek, a large-scale technological project known as the Green Data Center Campus Włocławek (GDCCW) is currently undergoing environmental analysis. The proposed project involves the construction of five autonomous server rooms on a 17-hectare industrial site, complete with its own power stations, cooling systems, and office facilities. While the project could involve billions of PLN in investment and create hundreds of jobs, city officials note that the plan is still in the formal assessment stage.
