Major League Wrestling moves Philadelphia show to Atlanta over arena dispute
Major League Wrestling (MLW) cancelled its scheduled October 3 event at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia after the venue allegedly breached its agreement and failed to pay promised payouts. The promotion relocated the show to Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia, where it will serve as a taping for the MLW Fusion television program.
MLW said it is exploring legal action against the 2300 Arena over the payout dispute. Ticket holders for the Philadelphia event are being directed to the arena’s box office for refunds. The relocated event will feature wrestlers such as Killer Kross, Místico, Matt Riddle, The Good Brothers, Austin Aries, Shotzi, Trevor Lee and Lady Frost, among others.
