Major real estate acquisitions reported in Montenegro and Serbia

In Montenegro, BRIV Construction has acquired CG Hotel, which holds a prime location in the center of Kotor. The company plans to construct a high-category five-star luxury hotel on the site, with an expected opening in June 2028. While the specific international hotel brand has not been disclosed, BRIV Construction—which has worked on major projects like Porto Montenegro—aims to strengthen its position in the luxury hospitality segment.

In Serbia, the Ministry of Economy announced the sale of JAT apartmani on Kopaonik to MONTVISION doo, the owner of Hotel Gorski. The sale was finalized for 5,165,473 euros. MONTVISION was the sole bidder in the public tender process, with the sales contract signed on September 15, 2026.
