Maçka resident's home struck by stray bullet

A stray bullet caused panic in the Alataş neighborhood of the Maçka district in Trabzon, Turkey, after striking a residential home. The incident occurred during the afternoon while a family, including children, was eating together in their home and garden.

The bullet pierced a window of the house owned by Ulvi Güler, entering the interior of the residence. While the projectile caused damage to the glass, no injuries were reported among the family members present at the time.

Güler expressed outrage over the irresponsible discharge of firearms in residential areas, questioning the intent of those firing into the air and calling for authorities to hold the perpetrator accountable. Local security forces have launched an investigation into the incident to determine the origin of the gunfire.
