Malang Police Chief engages with community and students

Malang Police Chief AKBP Rulian Syauri has initiated several community engagement efforts to address local concerns in the Malang Regency. During a meeting with the Islamic Students Association (HMI) branch, Syauri encouraged students to act as a bridge for public aspirations and collaborate on social issues, such as providing clean water during droughts.

Additionally, Syauri held an open dialogue with residents at the Sengguruh Dam in Kepanjen. During this session, community leaders raised concerns regarding traffic safety near SMPN 5 Kepanjen, requesting the installation of School Safety Zones (ZoSS) and warning lights. Residents also discussed difficulties regarding fertilizer availability for farmers and administrative hurdles in accessing accident compensation from Jasa Raharja. Syauri committed to coordinating with relevant agencies to address these safety and agricultural issues.
