Two road accidents in Argentina leave multiple injuries

A three‑person Toyota Hilux overturned on National Route 40 near La Pasarela in Malargüe, Mendoza Province, injuring the driver (45) and two passengers with minor multiple trauma. Emergency services transported the victims to the Regional Hospital of Malargüe and a breath‑alcohol test for the driver was negative.

On National Route 12 near Itatí, Corrientes Province, a passenger minibus operated by Duarte Turismo collided with a horse that entered the roadway. The impact caused the vehicle to lose control, deploy airbags, shatter the windshield and a side window, and one passenger suffered poly‑trauma from glass fragments. Medical personnel provided first aid and transferred the injured to the nearest health centre.
