Malatya Turgut Özal University launches high‑school medical camp

Online registration opened for the Lise Tıp Bilim Kampı, a high‑school medical science camp organized by Malatya Turgut Özal University’s Continuing Education and Research Center (MTÜSEM) in partnership with its Faculty of Medicine. The four‑day program will be held in Malatya from 27 to 30 July 2026.

Participants will receive free transportation, a daily lunch and an official participation certificate issued through e‑Devlet. Slots are limited and the final application deadline is 26 July 2026.

The camp’s purpose is to let prospective medical students experience basic laboratory work, clinical skill simulations and academic life at the faculty. Dean Prof. Dr. Ahmet Selim Özkan noted the positive feedback from the inaugural 2025 edition, stating, "The camp lets students feel the spirit of the profession directly in labs and simulators." MTÜSEM director Cumali Aydoğan emphasized the university’s lifelong‑learning vision and said, "We are pleased to bring our academic knowledge to young learners and will provide a verifiable e‑Devlet certificate."
