Government pension and assistance payment schedules for August and September 2026 have been outlined. For August 2026, KWAP pension payments are scheduled for August 20, while civil servant salaries are expected on August 24.

In September 2026, pension payments will shift to September 22. SARA (MyKad credit) is scheduled for September 1, and monthly JKM assistance continues to follow its established monthly pattern.

While pensions are credited automatically, monthly assistance from the Department of Social Welfare (JKM) of up to RM500 requires individual application and is not automatically disbursed. Recipients are encouraged to verify their eligibility and application status through official channels.
