Serres Municipal Committee Schedules August 4 Session

The Municipal Committee of Serres will hold its 30th regular mixed meeting on Tuesday, 4 August 2026 at 13:05 in the former council chamber on K. Karamanli 1. The session will be held in person and streamed live, and members may notify the secretariat of any absence.

Agenda items include: • Appointment of a lawyer to represent the municipality before the Thessaloniki Administrative Court of Appeal in a case seeking the cancellation of Vodafone Panaphon S.A. (case AK 237/13‑7‑2026) scheduled for 17 September 2026. • Appointment of a lawyer for a separate appeal (EF 304/27‑2‑2024) also set for 22 September 2026. • Approval of protocols for the temporary and final hand‑over of the “Maintenance and improvement of public‑use water/energy installations” project in the districts of Lefkona, Metrousi, and Skoutari. • Approval of the protocol for road‑safety improvement works carried out in 2020. • Decisions on the placement of plastic road‑markings, modification of a parking‑space allocation for persons with disabilities on Ionos Drahoumi 59Β, and the relocation of several private disabled‑parking spaces to new streets. • Approval of the procurement minutes for an open electronic tender.

The meeting will be chaired by Mayor Barbara Mitliagka and overseen by the President of the Municipal Council, Athanasios Papadopoulos.
