Malevizi Municipality Theatre Group performs in Ano Kalesa

The Malevizi Municipality Theatre Group will perform the play ‘Midas has donkey ears…’ at Ano Kalesa at 21:00. Written by Manolis Korres and directed by Dominikos Tavernarakis, the production is a sarcastic comedy exploring human drama and the obsession with wealth.

The story follows Theodoros Giotis, a private employee who is marginalized by his colleagues and family. His life changes when he is perceived as having won 182 million on a lottery ticket, causing those who previously looked down on him to change their behavior. The play uses comedic scenes and realistic conflicts to depict modern Greek society and the myth of wealth.
