Malhar Patekar addresses remarks following Nana Patekar’s death

Malhar Patekar has addressed recent controversial remarks made by actress Tanushree Dutta following the death of his father, veteran actor Nana Patekar. In an interview, Malhar stated that the legal proceedings regarding past allegations against his father have already been concluded by the judiciary.

Nana Patekar passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 75 due to a heart attack in Goa. Following his death, Tanushree Dutta made statements regarding the sexual harassment allegations she leveled against him in 2018 during the filming of ‘Horn ‘Ok’ Pleassss’.

Malhar Patekar did not name Dutta directly but emphasized that the case was already settled, stating, “Judiciary se clear hua hain, case khatam ho chuka; phir bhi bol rahe.” He expressed a desire to move past the resurfaced controversy, noting that the truth remains and offering a blessing to those continuing the discussion.
