Mali Zvornik and Livno announce grants for entrepreneurs and farmers

Local governments in Mali Zvornik and Livno have announced new financial support programs aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and rural development.

In Mali Zvornik, 12 individuals from the National Employment Service registry received 380,000 dinars each to launch private businesses. The funding is a joint effort, with 60 percent provided by the National Employment Service and 40 percent by the municipality. Supported sectors include clothing production, vehicle repair, hair and cosmetic services, construction, and food production.

In Livno, the City Administration has allocated 145,000 KM to 19 farmers through a rural development support program. A significant portion of the beneficiaries are young farmers under the age of 40. These funds are intended for capital investments in agricultural holdings, such as the purchase of machinery, tractors, and solar systems, to modernize production and encourage sustainable development.
