Malibu estate hosting Hayden Panettiere memorial listed for $12.95 million

A luxury Malibu estate, formerly owned by actor Jonah Hill, is currently listed for $12.95 million. The property recently gained attention after hosting the memorial reception for actress Hayden Panettiere.

The 3,653-square-foot coastal home features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, private beach access, and an ocean-view roof deck. The current asking price represents a $300,000 reduction from its initial April 2026 listing of $13.25 million.

Panettiere’s memorial service was held at the nearby Malibu Pacific Church, with approximately 150 friends and family members attending the reception at the residence. The actress passed away on August 16 following an apparent overdose in South Carolina.
