Maliek Collins signs $30 million extension with Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns have agreed to a two-year contract extension with veteran defensive tackle Maliek Collins. The deal is worth $30 million and includes $23 million in total guarantees, averaging $15 million annually.
Collins, 31, previously signed a two-year, $20 million contract with the team in the spring of 2025. The new extension ensures he remains under team control through 2028. After joining Cleveland following a stint with the San Francisco 49ers, Collins recorded a career-high 6.5 sacks in 12 games last season before a quad injury ended his campaign.
Browns head coach Todd Monken has praised Collins for his elite explosiveness and relentless play. Collins has been a key component of a defensive front that has helped the team maintain a 4-2 start in the 2026 season.
