Malk Organics launches high-protein, clean-label plant-based milk

Malk Organics, a Texas-based plant-based dairy alternative brand, has launched ‘Whole Malk’, a high-protein, clean-label organic milk. The new product is designed to replicate the flavor of cow’s milk without the use of gums, oils, emulsifiers, or filler ingredients.

Made from a blend of coconut, cashew, soy, and pea protein, the beverage provides 12g of protein per serving and is fortified with essential vitamins and minerals, including B2, B12, D, iron, potassium, and magnesium. The brand aims to address consumer demand for high-protein, additive-free options that can be used in coffee, cereal, smoothies, and cooking.

The launch follows a period of significant growth for the company. Malk reported surpassing $9.3 million in sales and selling over 1.4 million units last year, with some reports noting sales reached $94 million in 2025. The new product is currently being rolled out across the United States at Whole Foods Market, Target, and Sprouts Farmers Market.
