Mallorca's Playa de Palma hosts seasonal closing celebrations
Thousands of tourists are gathering at Playa de Palma in Mallorca to celebrate the official end of the summer season. The festivities center around the ‘closing’ event at the Bierkönig venue, which runs through Sunday.
Unlike the closing event at the Megapark venue held a week prior, which was impacted by rain from storm ‘Adam’, the current celebrations are benefiting from better weather. The season, which began in April, will officially conclude following the final concert on Sunday.
