Maloka to host scientific culture event focused on risk management
Maloka will host a special event on Friday, September 25, to commemorate International Scientific Culture Day. The program, part of the second edition of the 'Night at the Museum' 2026 initiative, will run from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at its Bogotá facilities.
The central theme of the evening is risk management, specifically exploring the risks associated with a moving Earth and how communities can recognize and manage various threats. The event will feature a traveling exhibition from MAGMA (the Interactive Risk Museum), which includes pedagogical tools and experiences developed alongside communities from different regions of Colombia.
Through interactive activities, the event aims to promote critical thinking and scientific curiosity regarding the relationship between people, their territories, and natural phenomena, including challenges like climate change and urban transformation.
