Malteser Hilfsdienst opens new rescue station in Hofheim

The Malteser Hilfsdienst has established a new emergency rescue station at the Hofheim Hospital to strengthen emergency medical services in the Main-Taunus-Kreis region.

The new station is equipped with two ambulances, one intensive care transport vehicle, and one emergency doctor vehicle. This addition is intended to ensure rapid response times for critically ill or injured patients and facilitate their timely transport to regional emergency departments.

Hofheim Hospital, a key part of the varisano health network, continues to provide specialized medical services including geriatrics, pain management, sleep medicine, psychiatry, and psychosomatic care. Local officials noted that the new station improves supply security and creates better conditions for emergency responders through networked healthcare structures.
