Malvinas Argentinas Prize deadline approaches for researchers

The Government of the Province of Buenos Aires has announced that the deadline to submit entries for the first edition of the Malvinas Argentinas Prize is August 31. This initiative is a joint effort between the ministries of Government and of Production, Science, and Technological Innovation.

The prize aims to encourage research and contributions that rethink Argentine foreign policy through the lens of national development and sovereignty, while also analyzing its impact on the Buenos Aires province. The competition features five thematic areas: international system transformations, national defense and strategic capacities, institutional and regulatory frameworks, scientific-technological systems for development, and strategic infrastructure.

University students and graduates from national or provincial institutions in fields such as International Relations, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, History, and Geography are eligible to apply. Winners will be announced on October 1 via the official initiative website.
