Mamadou Sangaré uses Uber for daily commutes to Brentford training

Brentford midfielder Mamadou Sangaré has gained attention for his decision to commute to training sessions via Uber rather than purchasing a luxury vehicle. The 24-year-old Malian international, who joined the club from Lens in a record transfer valued between 45 and 50 million euros, described the choice as a pragmatic financial decision.

Sangaré stated in an interview with Canal+ that using ride-sharing services is more economical and practical than the costs associated with buying and maintaining a high-end car. He emphasized his desire to remain humble and maintain his personal habits despite his professional success, noting, “I am someone who is very simple, it is not because I have become a professional player that I must change my habits. I know where I come from.”
