MAMIDORI to host limited-time matcha sweets pop-up in Nagoya

MAMIDORI, an online matcha sweets brand using 100% high-quality matcha from Wazuka, Kyoto, is holding a limited-time pop-up store at Nagoya Sakae Mitsukoshi. The event, titled “SAKAE TASTE COLLECTION,” will run for six days from September 16 to September 21, 2026, at the 4th-floor special venue.

The brand follows a highly successful 10-day event at Hankyu Umeda Main Store, where it sold approximately 11,040 units. The Nagoya pop-up will feature a variety of products, including MAMIDORI Daifuku, madeleines, and macarons.

To commemorate the opening, special sets and limited-edition items, such as “imperfect” macarons (featuring cracks or damage), will be available for purchase both in-store and online. The brand's mission is to increase the number of matcha lovers in Japan and draw attention to challenges facing the tea industry, such as the shortage of successors among tea farmers.
