Man arrested for repeatedly intruding into ex‑wife's garden in Aci Bonaccorsi, Italy

Carabinieri from the Viagrande station arrested a 45‑year‑old man from San Giovanni La Punta after he repeatedly entered the garden of his ex‑wife’s home in Aci Bonaccorsi, Italy. The suspect, who had been threatening the woman, her minor children and a neighbour who tried to intervene, was caught in a delayed flagrant arrest following an investigation based on the victim’s complaints and witness statements.

Authorities say he is heavily suspected of violation of domicile and stalking. He was placed under the custody of the Catania prison – Piazza Lanza pending judicial proceedings, with the presumption of innocence until a verdict is reached.
