Man arrested in Ravenna for violating restraining orders

A 33-year-old man has been placed in pretrial detention in Ravenna, Italy, after violating court-ordered restrictions. The individual was found by Carabinieri on the fourth floor of the same apartment building as the victim, despite being under orders to stay away from her and the family home.

The man was arrested in flagrante delicto for violating both the prohibition of approaching the victim and the order to vacate the family residence. Following his arrest, a judge from the Court of Ravenna validated the detention and ordered him to remain in custody.
