Man dies of heart attack during family car trip in Italy

A family of Romanian origin experienced a tragedy while traveling toward Torino on the A21 motorway in Italy. A 31-year-old man passed away in the backseat of the vehicle due to a sudden heart attack.

The parents, who were driving and sitting in the front seats, believed their son was merely sleeping as they traveled approximately 100 kilometers. They only realized he was unresponsive when they attempted to call out to him after a long period of silence. Upon stopping at a rest area, they discovered he was unconscious and had no heartbeat.

Emergency services were summoned, but medical professionals could only confirm the death upon arrival. The parents noted that the young man had previously experienced mild heart issues, but the death occurred so suddenly that he was unable to alert his family or call for help.
