Canaccord Genuity Wealth Limited reported a 4.36 % stake in Advanced Medical Solutions Group PLC, holding 9,628,862 ordinary shares as of 20 July 2026.

The Vanguard Group, Inc. filed a disclosure showing a 5.63 % holding of SEGRO plc, amounting to 76,236,884 ordinary shares dated 17 July 2026.

Forward Industries announced it will not make an offer for Brera Holdings and, under Irish Takeover Rule 2.8, will be restricted from making a future approach for six months, though it may revisit the statement if permitted.
