On the evening of 2 August, an unidentified man opened fire on members of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK) in the Ukrainian port city of Odessa. The attack wounded four mobilizers, including a 25‑year‑old TCK employee who was hospitalized with a gunshot to the back. The shooter fled the scene, barricading himself inside a nearby apartment block. Ukrainian police and special‑operations units stormed the building, neutralized the threat and took the gunman into custody.
