MAN WITH A MISSION to release ‘The Animals’ theme song

The musical group MAN WITH A MISSION will release the digital single ‘The Animals’ on September 18. The track was written specifically as the theme song for the live-action suspense film ‘Wara ni mo Sugaru Kemono-tachi’, based on the novel by Keisuke Sone.

Jean-Ken Johnny, who handled the lyrics and composition, stated that the song was created by extracting inspiration directly from the film’s themes of human desire, conflict, and the thin line between good and evil. The film, which stars Oji Suzuka, follows various characters whose lives become entangled after the discovery of 100 million yen.

Prior to the digital release, the song is scheduled for its first broadcast on the J-WAVE radio program ‘THE KINGS PLACE’ on September 15 at 25:00. The film is set for a nationwide release in Japan on September 25.
