Olympic Center Jahorina Supervisory Board dismissal removed from agenda

At the annual shareholder assembly of Olympic Center Jahorina, Denis Šulić, the representative of state capital, removed the agenda item regarding the dismissal of the current Supervisory Board. This decision contradicts recommendations from the Government of Republika Srpska, which had advised voting for the dismissal of all current members and the appointment of new members, including Živorad Kovačević, Đorđe Lizdek, Nemanja Borovčanin, Mladen Bjelica, and Neven Pejušić.

Šulić stated that he acted according to instructions and noted that the decision to remove the item followed objections from some minority shareholders regarding the appointment procedure. He clarified that the assembly decided to conduct the selection of Supervisory Board members through a public competition instead.

As a result of the withdrawn agenda item, Nedeljko Elek will remain in his position as acting President of the Supervisory Board. This follows previous reports suggesting his removal from various functions.
