Various professional development training programs for managers and management candidates are scheduled for October 2026 in Japan.

One program, focused on enhancing organizational communication to improve productivity and reduce turnover, will be held from October 14 to October 16 at the Abashiri Sangyo Kaikan. The three-day course aims to help managers build trust and motivate team members through practical exercises.

Another training session, designed to help new managers understand their roles and organizational goals, is scheduled for October 21 at the Sagamihara City Industrial Hall. This workshop includes group work on leadership techniques and subordinate development, led by instructors from Sanwa International Co., Ltd.
